When we meet, we'll talk through your vision, walk around your space, and start building a plan for your project. There's no pressure to commit to anything.
Do you offer free estimates?
Absolutely. We provide free consultations and estimates for every remodeling project. That includes talking through your initial design ideas, measuring your space, and giving you a detailed cost breakdown before you make any decisions.
What areas do you serve?
We're proud to work with homeowners throughout the Washington DC Metro area, including Maryland communities like Silver Spring, Bethesda, Rockville, Gaithersburg, Germantown, Potomac, Chevy Chase, Laurel, Columbia, Bowie, and many others. We also serve Washington DC and select areas in Northern Virginia.

What does your design-build process look like?
Our six-phase Design-Build Process takes care of everything from your first ideas to the final construction:
- Consultation. We sit down with you to understand your goals, style, and budget.
- Measurement. Our team takes detailed measurements of your space.
- Conceptual Design. We create your layout and produce 3D renderings so you can see exactly how the finished space will look before we touch a single wall.
- Cost Engineering. We give you a transparent, itemized project estimate with no surprise costs later.
- Permits & Procurement. Our in-house team handles all permits, orders materials, and coordinates deliveries.
- Licensed Construction. Our licensed and insured crew completes the build to code, with a dedicated project manager watching over every phase.
Will I have one point of contact throughout my project?
Yes, and we think that's really important. Every project gets a dedicated renovation expert who's your single point of contact from the first consultation all the way through your final walkthrough. You'll always know who to call, what's happening next, and exactly where your project stands.
Do you handle permits?
We sure do. Permit management is handled completely in-house. We prepare all the required paperwork, work with local authorities, and make sure your project meets all the building codes in Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia.
TIMELINES
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
A typical kitchen remodel takes about six weeks once construction starts. More complex projects with structural changes or additions might take longer. During your consultation, we'll give you a realistic timeline that's specific to what you want done.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Most standard bathroom remodels are finished in two to three weeks. The timeline depends on your bathroom's size, how complex the tile work is, what fixtures you choose, and whether we need to upgrade plumbing or electrical.
When can you start my project?

How much does a kitchen remodel cost?
Kitchen remodeling costs depend on what you want to do, any layout changes, what materials you pick, and how big your space is. During your free consultation and cost engineering phase, we'll give you a detailed, itemized estimate that's tailored to your specific project. No vague ballpark numbers. Our goal is always to deliver great value without cutting any corners.
Do you help with material selection?
We absolutely do. Our Silver Spring showroom has model kitchens, bathroom displays, and thousands of material samples including quartz, marble, and granite countertops, cabinet styles, tile, flooring, and more. Our design team walks you through every choice to make sure what you pick fits both your vision and your budget.
Can I supply my own materials?
We primarily work with our in-house team for ordering materials, which lets us keep quality control, manage when things get delivered, and stand behind our warranty. If you have specific products in mind, bring them up during your consultation and we'll do our best to work with you.
WARRANTY & QUALITY
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Mega Kitchen & Bath provides warranty coverage on both our work and materials. We stand behind what we do because we believe the quality of a remodel should last well beyond the day you move back in.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Mega Kitchen & Bath is a fully licensed and insured design-build contractor. All our construction work is done by our credentialed team following local and state building requirements.
VISITING OUR SHOWROOM
Where is your showroom?
Our showroom is at 9329 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20910. We're open Monday through Friday, 9AM to 6PM, and Saturday, 9AM to 5PM. We're closed on Sundays.
What can I expect when I visit the showroom?
Our showroom has fully built-out model kitchens and bathrooms, thousands of material samples, and a design team ready to walk you through all your options. Whether you're just starting to think about a remodel or you're ready to get going, visiting the showroom is the best way to get inspired and get your questions answered.
